Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned to any of our outlets within 7 days of receipt.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Offer items are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item

Processing Your Return

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when you contact our customer support team. We will process the exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at store@inlibas.com or any of our social media sites with photos of the picture of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed upon proper inspection.
